About me

I was born in 1992 in Murau (Styria) into a socially engaged, small family. After studying and working in the IT industry, my career path led me to business consulting for work culture and collaboration. The search for what I can and want to offer this world has taken me to Graz, Helsinki, Munich, and finally to Salzburg. The focus of my work has steadily moved to where my heart beats strongest: in interpersonal relationships as well as experiencing and dealing with our own challenges.
Since 2020, I have been training to become a psychotherapist and studying psychology at the University of Salzburg. Since 2021, I have been supporting children, adolescents, and families as part of Therapeutisch Ambulanten Familienbetreuung.
The basis of my work is Person-Centered Psychotherapy according to Carl Rogers as well as Nonviolent Communication according to M. B. Rosenberg. For the latter, I also volunteer in the Nonviolent Communication Network Austria.
My current private passion project is a Salzburg FoodCoop, which as a self-organized, non-profit purchasing community radically reduces supply chains.
